As a Michigan wedding photographer, I've photographed weddings at Everlastings in the Wildwood in Owosso, and every visit reminds me why this venue is such a hidden gem. From towering trees and lush gardens to cascading waterfalls and winding pathways, it feels like stepping into a secret garden.

A Fairytale Garden Wedding


The moment you drive through the property, you're surrounded by beautiful gardens, mature trees, and colorful flowers. The venue sits on approximately 1.5 acres of landscaped gardens and includes multiple waterfalls, garden paths, and ceremony locations, creating endless opportunities for gorgeous wedding portraits. It can accommodate weddings with up to 250 guests, making it an excellent option for both intimate celebrations and larger events.


One of my favorite things about photographing here is that every direction offers another beautiful backdrop. You don't have to spend hours driving between locations for portraits—everything is already on-site.

  • The fountains
  • The flower gardens throughout the property

Even if it rains, the gardens still feel incredibly romantic. During this wedding, we embraced the weather with a clear umbrella, and it created one of my favorite images from the entire day. Sometimes rain makes wedding photos even more magical.
